For SDA vacancies, AC can fill the home with a participant and SIL Provider. Ongoing property management is also available (per-annum fees apply).

What does investing with us mean?

Through Anchor Capital’s SDA model, our investors are expected to receive a 12%-17% ROI PA via NDIS/Government funding. This means you can earn between $70,000 - $260,000 per year depending on:
